Sunrise and Sunset Boogies with Secret Sunrise (3rd Feb)
We will be running a 3-part series on the 1st Saturday of February, March and April. We will progress from a 5-minute immersion in February to a 7-minute immersion in March, and finally a 9-minute immersion in April.
If you complete all 3 immersions you will receive a free session on us (redeemable until the end of 2024)
WHAT TO EXPECT
In this session, we will be guiding your through some movements and breathing techniques, finally building you up and warming us up to a collective cold water immersion. The objective is to challenge and appreciate our bodies and how they are our vessel of celebration. Expect to move, expect to connect with yourself and others, and expect to challenge your body in a cold water immersion experience to music.
The immersion is for all levels, and we will be guiding you through and supporting each other to this amazing challenge. If you are unable to get wet, perhaps this series is not for you. Bathing suits are essential and something warm after the immersion. We will be immersing ourselves only up to our neck, so no swimming caps necessary. Expect to feel challenged and alive after the experience. We look forward to this journey with you.

TIME: 7:00am – 8:00am (Please arrive at 6:30am to receive your headsets)
THEME: Immersion Part 1: 5 Minutes
BRING: Bring a towel, bathing suit, comfortable clothing for moving, and something warm for after the immersion.
